The opportunity
You’ll work with a diverse client base ranging from SMEs and investors to large corporates, advising across the full lifecycle of commercial property assets.
Expect to be involved in:
- Strategic landlord and tenant work across large property portfolios
- Lease negotiations, renewals, regears and portfolio management
- Acquisitions and disposals of investment assets
- Surrenders, dilapidations and asset optimisation strategies
- Supporting complex real estate elements of corporate transactions
- Advising on investment structures, development and securitisation projects
You’ll work closely with corporate, banking and disputes teams, giving you access to complex, multi-layered work and long-term client relationships.
