Food Compliance Coordinator
Are you an experienced Quality or Compliance professional within the food or beverage industries?
Do you have experience of maintaining the technical training matrix on a food or beverage manufacturing site?
Are you able to support the delivery of the site HACCP plan?
MacGregor Black is partnering with a Leading FMCG Manufacturer on the search for a Food Compliance Coordinator. This is a 12-month FTC role based in Telford.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Technical Training across site.
- Maintaining the training matrix.
- Monitor the site non-conformance.
- Taking part in the implementation of the HACCP site plan.
- Supporting the wider team with site audits (internal and third-party audit).
- Supporting Production with Technical monitoring and auditing to ensure that customer requirements are understood and achieved.
- Ensuring all new and existing products have the appropriate due diligence in place to meet customer and retailer requirements.
- Ensuring internal traceability and mass balance exercises are conducted to meet customer & certification requirements.
- Supporting in the upskilling and development of the wider team.
What are we looking for?
- Degree or relevant qualification in food safety.
- HACCP and Food Safety Level 3.
- Internal auditing qualification.
- Excellent communication - verbal and written.
- Experience of BRCGS V9
