We are seeking a Cleaning Operative to join their team on an afternoon shift. This is a hands-on role working independently to maintain cleanliness across production and industrial areas that naturally become dirty throughout the day due to the type of product manufactured.
Key Responsibilities
Completing thorough cleaning of production areas, including heavily exposed industrial zones.
Carrying out both planned and reactive cleaning activities across the site.
Using a variety of cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Ensuring all cleaning work meets strict internal quality, safety, and audit standards.
Maintaining accurate records of cleaning tasks completed.
Working independently to manage your workload and prioritise areas requiring attention.
Following all health & safety procedures in what is a highly safety‑focused workplace.
Supporting wider site teams where required to ensure smooth daily operations.
About You
Comfortable working in industrial areas that can become dirty through daily production activity.
Able to work independently and use initiative.
Reliable, committed, and safety‑conscious.
Previous industrial cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
