What You'll Be Doing:
* Provide 1:1 support for a Key Stage 2 student with SEN, ensuring they can access the curriculum and participate in class activities.
* Offer emotional support and guidance, helping the child build positive social skills.
* Work closely with the class teacher to create and adapt learning strategies to support the child's needs.
* Track and report the child's progress, providing insights and suggestions for future learning goals.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children with SEN, particularly in a 1:1 setting.
* A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
* A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning is highly desirable.
