A modern and fast-growing construction consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work across a diverse portfolio of projects including commercial, residential and high-end fit-out schemes. The appointed Quantity Surveyor will work closely with senior team members, supporting the delivery of projects from inception through to completion. The Role
* Delivering cost planning, budgeting and feasibility studies as a Quantity Surveyor
* Managing procurement processes and supporting tendering activities
* Assisting with contract administration duties (JCT)
* Monitoring project costs, variations and financial reporting
* Managing valuations and contributing to final accounts as a Quantity Surveyor
* Liaising with clients, contractors and project teams
* Supporting successful project delivery across multiple schemes

The Quantity Surveyor?
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
* Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the UK market
* Good understanding of JCT contracts and commercial management
* Working towards MRICS (or keen to progress towards chartership)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ambitious and career-driven Quantity Surveyor
