Account Specialist - 20 hour role - Monday - Friday
Working location:
Abbott Maidenhead, occasional travel may be required to Witney, Abingdon or Central London.
This is a site based role!
As our Account Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Worker engagement activity (up-to 150 temp staff)
- Face to face client service and engagement meetings
- Worker surgeries
- Conducting new starter and regular formal check-ins
- Monitoring email and phone communications and acting accordingly
- Managing ER cases
- VMS and administrative actions including supporting the recruitment function and ongoing live assessment maintenance
