How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Product Data Specialist (Technical Documentation & Spares)

    Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week at our Tamworth Head Office

    Salary: Competitive

    Position: Full time, 12 month Contract.


    Are you detail‑driven, technically minded, and passionate about delivering accurate product information that enhances customer experience? We’re looking for a Product Data Technician to join our New Product Development team and play a vital role in shaping the quality and clarity of our product documentation.


    About the Role

    As a Product Data Technician, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate technical documentation and spares information across our full product range. You’ll support new product launches by producing essential technical documents and ensuring all product data is up to date, consistent, and aligned with business requirements.

    You’ll also act as a key technical knowledge base, helping resolve product data queries and ensuring information is presented in a clear, user‑friendly way.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain all technical documents for products sold and published on the company website.
    • Administer and update technical data across websites, brochures, and internal databases
    • Determine and manage spare parts for new and existing products, avoiding duplication and optimising warehouse space.
    • Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to gather accurate information within project timelines.
    • Proactively support internal customers and resolve product or data queries using available information sources.
    • Verify the practicality and clarity of written instructions for consumers and installers.
    • Ensure all documentation is delivered on time in line with project plans and business requirements.

    About You

    You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:


    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Confidence working with data, including Excel and data entry the Adobe Creative Cloud suite
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite would be advantageous
    • Strong problem‑solving abilities
    • The ability to analyse large volumes of information and summarise effectively
    • Adaptability in fast‑moving situations
    • A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
