We're looking for an experienced Service Technician to join a well-established and busy branch in Essex. Working within a strong, supportive service team, you'll play a vital role in keeping customers' agricultural and horticultural machinery performing at its best.
The role:
Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic software and technology
Repair and maintain modern agricultural machinery
Carry out warranty, chargeable and internal repairs to a high standard
Liaise professionally with customers and suppliers
Adhere to health and safety best practices at all times
Work both independently and collaboratively within a skilled team
This is a customer-facing role, so professionalism and excellent service skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Proven experience within the Agricultural sector (modern machinery essential)
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Experience working with precision farming, GPS and telematics systems
Ability to lift and handle heavy machinery safely (using specialist tools where required)
Self-motivated with the ability to use your own initiative
A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
Full, clean driving licence
Good general health and fitness
