Hours: 38 per week (flexi hours)
We are currently looking for a proactive, people-focused IT Support Specialist to join a friendly, fast-growing team.
If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and getting stuck in — you’ll fit right in.
Due to the location of the role you must have your own transport.
What You’ll Do
* Support and train customers on our software and hardware systems
* Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, and regular check-ins
* Explain technical concepts in a simple, user-friendly way
* Coordinate hardware installations with our engineers
* Work closely with teams across the business
What We’re Looking For
* Great communication and people skills
* Customer service experience (phone and/or face-to-face)
* Strong IT basics (Windows 10/11, Excel, general IT literacy)
* Organised, proactive, and a natural problem solver
* Someone who takes initiative and enjoys learning
