The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will lead the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, ensuring high‑quality early years practice and a safe, stimulating environment for children and staff.
You will:
* Oversee all operational and compliance requirements (EYFS, Ofsted, safeguarding)
* Lead, mentor, and develop the staff team
* Build strong relationships with families and external partners
* Maintain high standards of care, education, and safety
* Ensure the nursery is always Ofsted‑ready
* Drive continuous improvement and support the nursery’s long‑standing reputation
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 early years qualification (minimum)
* Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
* Previous senior leadership experience in a nursery
* GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths, or willingness to gain it within 2 years
* A supportive, confident leader who can inspire a team
