Year 3 Teacher - The Role
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will take full responsibility for the class, including planning, delivering, and assessing lessons in line with the national curriculum. You will support pupils as they transition into KS2, ensuring they are engaged, challenged, and making consistent progress.
You will be expected to differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities, manage behaviour effectively, and contribute to the wider school community. Strong curriculum knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging lessons across core and foundation subjects is essential.
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
