Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing supply (with longer-term opportunities available)
Pay: £160 - £220 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)

About the Role
As an SEN Supply Teacher in Rotherham, you will work with pupils who have a range of additional needs, particularly SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).
This SEN Supply Teacher role in Rotherham involves delivering tailored lessons, supporting emotional regulation, and creating a structured and nurturing learning environment where pupils can thrive.
Working across Rotherham SEN schools, you may take on short-term supply assignments or move into longer-term roles depending on your availability and preference.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual needs
* Support pupils with SEMH and ASD within specialist settings
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
* Create a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with support staff, SENCOs and leadership teams
* Monitor progress and adapt learning accordingly
* Follow safeguarding and behaviour policies at all timesCandidate Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
* Experience working with SEN pupils, particularly SEMH and ASD
* Strong behaviour management and resilience
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Flexible and adaptable approach
