About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absence and ensure learning continues effectively.
Responsibilities:
Supervise classes during teacher absence and deliver pre-set work
Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
Manage behaviour in line with school policies
Support students in staying on task
Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed
Report any concerns to relevant staff
Qualifications:
Experience in a school or similar setting preferred
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Confidence leading groups of young people
Calm, consistent, and professional approach
