HGV Class 2 Tipper (Working Away)

The Recruitment Crowd are recruiting on behalf of our market leading client based in the Barnsley area. We are looking for experienced Class 2 Tipper Drivers (working away) to join the team.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00am to 07:00am start times.
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour PAYE with £25 per night out allowance
Location: Barnsley, S75
Job Type: Temporary to permanent.
The Role
* Operate a Class 2 tipper vehicle safely and efficiently.
* Carry out tipper work, including the transportation and tipping of products such as aggregate, topsoil, etc.
* Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and guidelines.
* Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
* Ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned routes.
* Will be required to work away from home, with accommodation provided in a paid hotel.
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category C)
* 2 years experience on Class 2
* Minimum 12 months experience on tippers are required
* Valid and in-date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
* No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
* Full understanding of WTD legislation.
* Interview will be required (induction and short driving assessment will take place the same day)
* Excellent communication skills.
