We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Site Manager to join a leading housebuilding client on an exciting residential development project in Kent.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the development
Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations
Monitor health & safety standards and ensure compliance at all times
Assist in maintaining build programmes and project timelines
Conduct quality checks and ensure work meets company standards
Help manage site documentation and reporting
Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role within residential construction
Strong understanding of housebuilding processes and NHBC standards
Excellent organisational and communication skills
SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification preferred
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
