How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Supportive and Collaborative Team: Work with a passionate team of educators, therapists, and support staff who share your commitment to inclusion and excellence in SEN education.
Inspiring Environment: Our school is purposefully designed to foster a sense of belonging, creativity, and growth. You'll have the resources and support you need to thrive.
Professional Growth: We believe in the continuous development of our staff. You'll have access to ongoing training and development opportunities that will allow you to grow and evolve in your career.
Competitive Salary: Enjoy a competitive salary that reflects your experience and the impact you'll make.
Work-Life Balance: We understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and we offer a supportive environment that helps you achieve that.

    What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
Experience in working with primary-aged children with autism, learning difficulties, or other SEN needs
A compassionate, patient, and creative approach to teaching
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students and their families
A collaborative, flexible mindset and a passion for supporting children's development and well-being

    The Benefits:

A rewarding role where you'll see the real impact of your work every day
An inclusive, well-resourced school that values both students and staff
Access to ongoing professional development opportunities and a chance to expand your skills
A vibrant and welcoming community, where your contributions are truly valued
