Upto £65,000 plus package

Our client, a notable Tier 1 main contractor located in the Midlands are looking to strengthen their Operational Team with the introduction of a Senior Site Manager.
The ideal candidate must have experience of:

Passive Fire Protection (PFP)

Defects Experience

Remedial Experience

Or potentially

Restoration experience

The Candidate (Senior Site Manager):
As a Senior Site Manager you should have well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive with a positive can-do attitude and experience within the role as a Senior Site Manager.

•SMSTS
•First Aid
•A full UK driving license

The Package:
•Salary: Up to £68,000 dependent on experience
