Candidates will be working remotely for 1-2 days per week however daily site visits will be likely at points during projects. Candidates can expect to work circa 34 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will take the lead on a varied portfolio of high‑profile capital and planned works projects. They will oversee projects from inception through to completion, managing contractors on site, controlling budgets, and ensuring schemes are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality.

Responsibilities:
Leading capital projects from feasibility to final account
Producing project plans, specifications and tender documentation
Reviewing tenders and making award recommendations
Managing contractors on site and administering contracts (JCT / NEC)
Budget control, risk management and progress reporting
Providing professional surveying advice across the organisation
Ensuring full compliance with H&S, CDM 2015 and statutory requirements
Liaising with stakeholders, funders, consultants and user groups
Requirements:
Degree‑qualified in a property / construction related discipline
Chartered (RICS or CIOB) or strong equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years' project management / surveying experience
CSCS card (essential)
Strong public sector or non‑domestic estates experience
Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
