About the Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher with Career Teachers, you will:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on your experience).
Follow school policies and maintain a positive learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupil safety and well being.
Adapt to different school settings with confidence and professionalism.
Provide marking and feedback where required for longer-term placements.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and school leaders.
Key Skills & Experience Required
We're looking for teachers who have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
The ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff.
Flexibility, reliability and a proactive attitude.
A passion for teaching and supporting children's learning.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
