Overtime: £18.15 per hour (applicable on Saturdays and for hours worked beyond 40 per week)
Working Hours: 08:00 - 16:45 (Flexible)
Each summer, a wide range of popular events take place across the UK, including festivals, exhibitions, and parades. These events require clear and effective signage to guide attendees, creating an opportunity for a dedicated team to support the production, delivery, and organisation of this equipment.
As a Production Operative, you will work as part of a motivated team to meet tight deadlines. The role offers hands-on experience across the full production process - from receiving contracts through to preparing and delivering signage to event sites - providing valuable exposure to the entire workflow.
This position is based in Redditch. Due to limited and unreliable public transport in the area, candidates must have their own transport and live within approximately a 30-minute drive of the depot.
The role is initially offered as a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. It offers consistent daytime working hours, opportunities for overtime, and the chance to develop new skills while working independently.
