You’ll take ownership of the service division, leading from the front and setting the tone for performance, culture, and growth.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and developing the service function across the business
* Driving performance, efficiency, and service delivery standards
* Identifying growth opportunities within existing contracts
* Working closely with clients to strengthen relationships and expand services
* Supporting commercial performance, budgets, and profitability
* Building a motivated, high-performing team
* Playing a key role in shaping the future direction of the business
👤 What We’re Looking For
* Strong background in HVAC / building services / FM
* Experience leading service or operations teams
* Someone ambitious, driven, and commercially aware
* A natural leader who can engage teams and clients alike
* A self-starter who takes ownership and delivers results
* Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
