Responsibilities
* Carry out multi-trade maintenance and repair work, including:
* Wall and floor tiling (repairs and installations)
* Plastering (patch repairs, skimming, rendering)
* Painting and decorating (internal and external)
* General building and fabric repairs (minor carpentry, patch work, basic structural repairs)
* Deliver high-quality workmanship across predominantly commercial and retail environments (approx. 95%), with some work in residential settings (5%)
* Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
* Represent the company professionally on-site
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence (subject to licence check; must be over 25 for insurance purposes)
* Time-served multi-trade experience
* Strong skills across tiling, plastering, painting, and general building repairs
* Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Own tools required
