Job Title: HGV Shift Supervisor
Location: Redditch
Salary: £23 p/h with OTE £53,820 and £58,604 with alternate Saturdays
 
Opportunity for the HGV Shift Supervisor
We are currently recruiting for experienced PSV Shift Supervisors to join a well-established and growing bus operator across depots in Worcestershire
These are excellent opportunities for skilled PSV professionals looking to step into or continue within a supervisory role in a structured, safety-critical environment.
 
What you will do as HGV Shift Supervisor:

Lead and supervise workshop engineers and technicians
Ensure all vehicles are maintained to DVSA and company standards
Allocate work and manage shift productivity
Support compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Assist with inspections, servicing schedules and defect management
Provide technical support and mentoring to the team
Maintain accurate workshop documentation and recordsWhat you will need as HGV Shift Supervisor

Fully qualified to level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds in HGV maintenance
Previous experience in a PSV workshop environment
Supervisory or senior technician experience
Strong knowledge of DVSA standards and compliance
Excellent leadership and communication skills
