Job Description
A Warwick-based manufacturer of precision components and assemblies for the aerospace and motorsport industries is seeking a Quality Inspector.
Shift Patterns
Day Shift
Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:45
Friday: 07:00 – 13:00
Total: 39 hours per week
Afternoon Shift
Monday to Thursday: 14:30 – 23:30
Friday: 12:45 – 17:30
Total: 39 hours per week
Role Responsibilities
Read and interpret final drawings, stage drawings, and customer specifications.
Carry out first principle inspection techniques for first-off and final inspection.
Inspect finished components using a range of precision measuring equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.
Complete final inspection plans, including 100% inspection requirements.
Produce First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
Experience & Skills
A recognised engineering apprenticeship is preferred.
Experience with CMM systems (e.g. PC-DMIS) is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to support shop floor problem-solving.
Basic mathematical skills relevant to inspection and quality processes.

Up to £662.22 per week
Shift allowance: £19 per shift (£95 per week) for afternoon shift only
