The Role:
Lead and support tenders for large-scale mechanical packages (£20M+) across Central London
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to produce accurate, competitive tenders
Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
Attend pre- and post-tender meetings with clients and internal teams
Work closely with design, commercial, and project teams
Support and mentor junior estimators within the team What You’ll Need:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within construction/building services
Strong background in commercial mechanical fit-out projects
Experience tendering on large-scale/high-value projects
Solid technical understanding of mechanical systems and specifications
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional environment
