Proactive Personnel are looking for an Office Recruitment Consultant to join our established team at our Head Office in Telford.

What You’ll be Doing:
* Working within a busy 360 Recruitment team.
* Proactive in developing new business DAILY
* Building client relationships, meeting with clients face to face.
* Have full autonomy of managing your own plan/desk.
* Managing key accounts.
* Full accountability for your own sales.
* Candidate attraction/registrations/RTW checks.
* Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch).
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
* Ability to build and develop business relationships.
* This role is HEAVILY sales based - Cold Calling client and pursuing active leads
* A self-motivated, confident and tenacious approach.
* Desire to progress your career and be the best in your field.
