What will the Accounts Payable Assistant role involve?
Managing the entire invoice cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely payments to suppliers
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies with efficiency
Supporting employee expense procedures, ensuring compliance with policies and audit standards
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Payable Assistant vacancy:
Previous experience working within Accounts Payable, especially in high-volume environments
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
