The Role - 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant
Seeking a resilient and patient 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to support a pupil aged 11-16 with social, emotional and mental health needs within a specialist setting. You will provide consistent individual support throughout the school day, helping the pupil manage behaviour, regulate emotions and engage with learning. The role involves implementing behaviour support plans, using de-escalation strategies, building trust and promoting positive routines within a structured and supportive environment.
