Job Type: ContractOur client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead large-scale ground mount solar PV installations ranging from 200kWp to 60MWp.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in solar PV, comprehensive knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015, and a proven track record in managing quality systems, contractors, and Health & Safety compliance.
Day-to-day of the role:
Oversee the setup and daily operations of the site.
Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and company quality standards.
Manage contractors, logistics, and site safety effectively.
Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular progress reports.
Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar PV.
SMSTS certification, First Aid, and Fire Warden training.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety and quality systems.Benefits:
