To work with and assist the Construction Manager on two high end residential projects in London.
The successful candidate will come from a Carpentry background and have previous experience of high end residential projects with a keen eye for detail.
As a Working Foreman you will work on all aspects of the project including monitoring quality of work, monitor and guide the work force, maintain a safe working environment, ensure deliveries are correct and record site progress.
Previous use of Field View would be ideal or the ability to pick up new IT skills quickly.
This is a permanent job and ideally will start in 2 to 3 weeks.
