We're recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join an established holiday park in New Milton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated chef looking to build their career within a supportive hospitality environment, working full time hours with paid overtime and excellent company-wide benefits.
Based in New Milton, this permanent position offers 40 hours per week, with a rota that includes evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays in line with the needs of the Hospitality operation. Accommodation is available with this position should it be desired.

Key Responsibilities:
As Chef De Partie, you'll play an important part in delivering high-quality food and maintaining excellent kitchen standards. You will:
Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
Support the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Assist with stock control and minimise waste
Ensure excellent presentation and customer satisfaction

Experience within the leisure and hospitality industry
