I'm partnering exclusively with a global leader in technology consumer goods to find a Digital Marketing Assistant for their EMEA team — based in Maidenhead with hybrid working.

This is a rare early-career opportunity to work across multiple European markets, on internationally recognised brands, with genuine ownership of digital activity from day one.

what you'll be doing

→ Leading 360° digital support for new product launches
→ Building landing pages and campaign assets across email, social and paid media
→ Managing and optimising paid search, social and display campaigns
→ Supporting SEO, UX improvements and website enhancements
→ Analysing performance using Google Analytics and Tag Manager
→ Collaborating with European marketing teams and external agencies
→ Contributing to e-commerce growth across multiple markets

What we're looking for

✓ 1–2 years' experience in digital marketing
✓ Solid grasp of multi-channel campaigns (email, social, web, paid)
✓ Analytical mindset with a performance marketing focus
✓ Knowledge of SEO, UX and customer journeys
✓ Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-moving environment

Bonus points for e-commerce experience, Adobe Creative Suite, or an additional European language.
