Production Operative Details:
Rotating: Days 6am to 2pm & Afters 2pm to 10pm (early finish on Fridays)
Hours: 39 hours per week
Pay Rate: £16.31 per hour - rate includes an attendance bonus
Start date: Monday 13th April 2026 - no pre-booked holidays in the first 12 weeks due to training
Interviews: Thursday 20th February 2026
Contract: Temp to perm contracts available based on performance, attendance & client requirement
Location: Rotherham, S60Production Operative Duties:
Working with wooden components
Spraying wooden components and panels
Spraying finished products and loading ready for dispatch
Operating machinery
Quality checking materials
Ensuring accuracy and precision when working
Following written and verbal instructions
Following strict health and safety procedures to ensure safe working practices at all times
Working on your own but also as part of a team Production Operative Criteria:
Production operative experience is essential for role (applicants without Production experience will not be shortlisted)
Machine Operating experience preferred but not essential
Paint spraying experience preferred but not essential
Must be driven to meet production targets and follow instructions
Must demonstrate a strong work ethic
Hard working, reliable and punctual
Must be physically able to lift and do manual handling
Able to lift panels around the production area and load
