Who You Are:

Hands-on experience supporting children or young people (in schools, care settings, or mentorship roles).
A warm yet steady approach, adapting your methods to meet a range of needs while staying positive under pressure.
A genuine dedication to child safety and wellbeing.
An active Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
Two relevant professional references confirming your capability and character.
