The Role
Book appointments with key decision‑makers
Generate new leads through outbound calls and follow‑ups
Manage diaries, meetings and CRM records
Organise CPD sessions, events and meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Track project activity and maintain a live specification pipelineWhat We're Looking For
Confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude
Strong organisation and time‑management skills
Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
Experience in telesales, customer engagement or a fast‑paced office environment
Construction industry knowledge beneficial but not essentialSalary & Benefits
