FUJIFILM Healthcare UK are looking for a Clinical Specialist to support and be the subject matter expert for the HCUK Endo Sales and Marketing team, Product Managers and end users.
Candidate Location: Wales or Midlands
What you'll do:
- Act as an ambassador of Fujifilm Healthcare’s Endo-Solutions strategic vision
- Deliver in-depth product training to healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, technicians).
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on sessions to ensure safe and effective product use.
- Provide ongoing support for new product launches and updates.
- Partner with sales representatives to strengthen customer relationships.
- Act as the clinical voice during sales presentations, ensuring credibility and trust.
- Support contract negotiations by clarifying product benefits and clinical outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct live demonstrations of medical devices or healthcare solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide immediate clinical guidance.
What you'll need:
- Min. Of 2 years of hands-on experience in clinical environments as nurse or biomedical engineer, preferably within the field of GI flexible endoscopy/Endoscopic Ultrasound
- Ability to understand and explain medical procedures, patient outcomes, and device applications
- Familiarity with healthcare standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills, personal initiative, and solid experience in working as part of a global organisation.
- Ability to work effectively and co-operatively with others and establish/maintain good working and interpersonal relationships
- Strong proactive service mindset and customer orientation.
- Methodical problem-solving skills and a process-oriented work attitude.
