Design Co‑ordinator
Location: Olney
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

We're looking for a Design Co‑ordinator to support design and pre‑construction activity across low‑voltage projects, playing a key role in coordinating technical information and supporting early‑stage project delivery.
Role Responsibilities:
- Coordinate early‑stage design and pre‑construction activities, including surveys, documentation and technical inputs
- Collate and manage design information, supporting basic LV design tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Prepare, submit and track DNO grid applications including G98, G99 and G100
- Act as a central point of coordination between design, estimating, procurement and delivery teams
- Maintain trackers, logs and reporting to support programme visibility and compliance
Required Qualifications:
- Understanding of low‑voltage systems or experience within the renewables or electrical sector
- Experience in a technical coordination, design support or pre‑construction role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
What we're looking for:
- A proactive and detail‑focused Design Co‑ordinator with a structured approach to workload management
- Understanding of DNO grid application processes (G98, G99, G100)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable managing documentation, trackers and technical information
- Experience in Solar PV, BESS or EV projects is desirable, as is exposure to CAD or design software
