How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Our Client a leading Global Manufacturer of Precision Cutting Tools for industrial use are looking to attract a Content Marketing Specialist for their business. Reporting to the Senior Content Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will play a strategic role in developing and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives across the Company’s portfolio of industry-leading brands. This role owns the creation, optimization, and performance tracking of content across email, web, social media, print, and digital platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Design, the Content Marketing Specialist ensures brand messaging is technically accurate, customer-focused, and aligned with broader business objectives. This position contributes to the ongoing evolution of content strategy by applying data-driven insights, maintaining brand consistency, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own the development and execution of multi-channel content initiatives supporting brand positioning, product launches, and revenue objectives.
    • Lead the planning and maintenance of content marketing calendars, including email and social media campaigns across multiple brands.
    • Create and optimize marketing assets including website content, email campaigns, blog articles, social media posts, direct mail, and digital materials.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Application Engineers, and Marketing to ensure technical accuracy and strong product storytelling.
    • Maintain brand voice consistency across channels while tailoring messaging to distinct audiences and brand identities.
    • Partner with internal teams and external translation providers to support the development and localization of marketing content in French, German, Spanish, and other languages, ensuring messaging is culturally relevant, technically accurate, and aligned with regional market expectations.
    • Contribute to international content initiatives by adapting messaging to support global brand expansion while maintaining consistency across translated and English-language materials.
    • Support SEO and SEM initiatives through keyword research, content optimization, and ongoing performance evaluation.
    • Partner with Design to develop visually compelling email layouts and marketing assets that reinforce strong calls to action.
    • Ensure product assets, technical tables, and marketing materials are accurate, categorized correctly, and aligned across digital platforms.
    • Monitor evolving digital marketing and social media trends and apply best practices to strengthen performance.
    • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of content governance standards and marketing automation processes.


    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience planning, executing, and evaluating B2B marketing campaigns.
    • Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel content initiatives.
    • Experience supporting multilingual marketing efforts or working with translation partners preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating marketing performance metrics.
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Pardot.
    • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
    • Working knowledge of SEO and digital advertising platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
    • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
    • Working knowledge of HTML and content management systems.
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) preferred.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
    • Professional, collaborative team player with strong cross-functional communication skills.
