What you will do:
Oversee and provide professional supervision and guidance to a small team of social care staff, ensuring high standards of practice are met.
Maintain a complex caseload, demonstrating expert practice in managing higher levels of risk and safeguarding individuals' welfare.
Collaborate with senior colleagues and team managers to support Medway residents, promoting early interventions that focus on person-centred, strength-based assessments.
