Your Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities

Support the physical and emotional well-being of children

Act as a key worker, building strong relationships with children and families

Collaborate with your team to uphold our high standards of care and education

Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS policies

What We’re Looking For

Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential

Fluent in written and spoken English – Essential

1+ year experience in Early Years – Desirable

Knowledge of EYFS framework and regulatory requirements – Desirable
