How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Learning & Development Business Partner

    Hybrid | 2 days office | Award-winning Financial Services

Are you an L&D professional who wants real influence—not just delivery?

We’re partnering with a highly respected, forward-thinking Financial Services firm to hire a Learning & Development Business Partner. This is a genuinely strategic role where you’ll work directly with senior leaders to shape capability, performance, and culture across a growing organisation.

    The Opportunity

This is not a traditional L&D role.

You’ll act as a trusted adviser to the business, designing and delivering learning that drives measurable impact—blending strategy, facilitation, and coaching.

You’ll have the autonomy to innovate, the platform to influence, and the backing of a high-performing L&D team.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and align learning to business strategy
    • Design and deliver impactful learning programmes (virtual & face-to-face)
    • Lead key L&D initiatives and own a portfolio of strategic projects
    • Provide 1:1 and team coaching to support leadership and performance
    • Build strong internal networks to embed a culture of continuous learning
    • Bring external insight and best practice into the organisation

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience in L&D / Talent / Organisational Development roles
    • Strong facilitation skills with credibility at all levels
    • Experience designing and delivering modern, engaging learning solutions
    • Coaching capability (qualification desirable)
    • Exposure to psychometrics and development tools
    • Commercial mindset with the ability to link learning to business outcomes

    Why This Role?

    • High visibility and genuine strategic impact
    • Autonomy to shape and evolve learning programmes
    • Strong, collaborative culture that values ideas and innovation
    • Hybrid working with flexibility (2 days in office)
    • Profit share + flexible benefits + wellbeing support
    • Clear commitment to career development and internal mobility

    The Business

A well-established, award-winning consultancy with a strong reputation across pensions, investments, and financial services. Known for its collaborative culture, progressive thinking, and genuine investment in people.

    Interested?
