Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a committed and experienced Specialist SEND Teacher to work across our partner schools in Irthlingborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and making a lasting difference in their educational experience.
In this role, you will be working with students who have a range of SEND, including autism spectrum conditions, moderate learning difficulties, SEMH needs, and communication challenges. You will be responsible for delivering differentiated lessons, developing personalised learning plans, and ensuring that each pupil receives the support they need to succeed both academically and socially.
We are looking for a qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with demonstrable experience working within SEND environments. A strong understanding of EHCPs, behaviour management strategies, and inclusive teaching practices is essential. You should be patient, adaptable, and confident in creating a nurturing and structured learning environment.
