How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Graduate Digital Marketing Executive – Craft, Create, Convert ✨

    Salary: £27,000 – £30,000
    Location: Warwickshire (office-based)
    Hours: Mon–Thurs 9–5, Fri early finish (because balance matters)
    Contract: Permanent

    About the Company

    We’re working with a creative, fast-growing brand that’s on a mission to make crafting cool again (yes, really).

    They design and sell beautifully made products for a passionate community who love creativity, colour, and making things by hand.

    It’s a small team with big ideas. Things move quickly, everyone gets involved, and every role has real impact.

    Why You’ll Love This Role

    This is not a “sit and watch” graduate job.

    You’ll be doing, testing, launching, learning, and growing from day one. One week you might be planning an email campaign, the next tweaking the website, the next analysing what worked (and what didn’t).

    If you like the idea of turning creative ideas into real results (and seeing the numbers to prove it), you’ll feel right at home here.

    What You’ll Actually Be Doing

    📧 Emails people want to open

    * Create engaging email campaigns for launches, promos, and key moments

    * Help build automated journeys like welcome flows and abandoned carts

    * Test subject lines, content, and timing to improve performance

    * Track results and spot opportunities to grow

    🛍 Making the website shine

    * Keep the Shopify store fresh, on-brand, and easy to shop

    * Upload products, build collections, and support launches

    * Improve the customer journey and boost conversions

    * Use data to understand what’s working

    📈 Growing the brand

    * Support paid ads across Meta & Google

    * Get involved in SEO and content improvements

    * Help keep marketing consistent and creative

    You’ll Fit Right In If You…

    * Have ideas and take initiative

    * Are organised and detail-focused

    * Enjoy both creativity and results

    * Want to learn fast and get stuck in

    * Like working in a small, collaborative team

    Bonus points if you’ve explored:
    Email marketing, Shopify, SEO, copywriting, or creative/lifestyle brands

    What’s In It For You?

    * A friendly, supportive, and creative team

    * Real responsibility from day one

    * Hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels

    * Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow

    * Team socials and a close-knit culture

    * Product freebies for birthdays & milestones 🎁

    * Generous staff discount

    * On-site parking

    Getting There

    The office is based in a rural location, so it’s easiest to reach if you have your own transport.

    Interested?

    If you’re a graduate who’s creative, motivated, and ready to build a career in digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you.

    Come and craft ideas, create campaigns, and turn creativity into growth
