Customer Service Representative

We are recruiting for Customer Service Representatives earning up to £14.00 per hour across Front of House, Back of House. Each role plays a key part in delivering great customer experiences, maintaining high standards, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Customer Service Representative roles:

Front of House roles (Bar staff, Waiting-on staff and Barista) will involve direct customer service, working on the bar or waiting on tables. For bar, will be required to display strong customer service skills, cash handle, serve drinks, while maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment. Waiting-on, will involve taking customer orders, relaying said orders to the kitchen, returning with the food order. Will also be required to take payments.

Back of House roles (Kitchen Porters, Kitchen Assistants, Commis Chefs, Central Food Production) will be involved in preparation of food orders. Will be under the direction of the Chef, although over time, will be expected to step up, take responsibility and use initiative.

Customer Service Representative pay:

£12.71 - £14.00 per hour.
Additional £1.20 p/h between the hours of 12am-6am
