About the QC Technologist job
Working with a dynamic team in a high energy environment to maintain product quality, food safety & legal compliance.
Key tasks
* Tasting freshly manufactured stocks, gravies, sauces and seasonings and comparing with previously approved products.
* Calibrating and monitoring parameters on laboratory and production equipment.
* Verification of production clean downs through equipment swabbing.
* Ensuring full product and raw material traceability is achieved.
* Verification of process record documentation for all production lines.
* Completing Good Manufacturing Practice audits of the site.
* Focus on H&S, Food Safety, general housekeeping and hygiene.
About You
* The successful candidate will ideally come from a food manufacturing background with experience of using sensory abilities (taste, smell).
* Have a good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

The QC Technologist job (ref:9039) is paying £26,600.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm (with flexibility).
The site is in Winsford, Cheshire and is commutable from Congleton, Middlewich, Northwich, Crewe, Nantwich.
