The Successful Candidate Will
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum
Demonstrate strong phonics and early literacy knowledge
Confidently manage and support pupils with challenging behaviour

Build positive relationships with parents and carers
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic progress
