General Labourer (Full Orange PPE)

Search Consultancy is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer for an immediate start on a high-profile project in Darlington. We are seeking a candidate who is prepared for trackside or high-visibility environments and ready to hit the ground running.

The Role

As a Labourer representing Search, your duties will include:
* Site Maintenance: Assisting with the general upkeep of the site, ensuring walkways are clear and debris is removed safely.
* Manual Handling: Moving materials, loading/unloading deliveries, and assisting skilled tradespeople on-site.
* Safety Support: Adhering to strict health and safety protocols and assisting with site security/fencing where required.
* General Assistance: Carrying out various physical tasks as directed by the Site Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this application, you must have:
* PPE: You must possess your own Full Orange PPE (including high-vis trousers and jacket/vest).
* CSCS Card: A valid green (Labourer) CSCS card is essential.
* Experience: Previous experience working on busy construction or civil engineering sites.
* Physical Fitness: The role is physically demanding and involves heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
* Reliability: Strong work ethic and a track record of being punctual.
