How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    • Support the resolution of data, system, and process issues impacting suppliers and users
    • Own end‑to‑end supplier onboarding for Ireland, ensuring suppliers are fully integrated into the Pi system

    System & user administration

    • Troubleshoot Pi‑related system issues to maintain system integrity and usability
    • Manage user accounts, permissions, and workflows in line with access controls and business requirements
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards, including GDPR

    Client communication & collaboration

    • Own client updates for cross‑team issues, ensuring communication is timely, professional, and constructive
    • Act as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to support issue resolution
    • Work closely with the wider international team to understand, investigate, and resolve reported issues

    Data quality & file processing

    • Review and maintain the accuracy of procurement data, identifying and resolving inconsistencies
    • Evaluate and process supplier data files, ensuring they meet required format and content standards
    • Provide clear guidance to suppliers on correcting and resubmitting non‑compliant files

    Training & documentation

    • Deliver training sessions to support effective use of the Pi system across Ireland
    • Create, update, and maintain support documentation including user guides and FAQs

    Continuous improvement

    • Analyse support trends and recurring issues to identify opportunities for system and process improvements
    • Contribute to ongoing optimisation of support processes and ways of working

    🔎 What we’re looking for

    • Excellent customer service approach with a strong user focus
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Confident using Microsoft tools including Outlook, Excel, and Word
    • Experience processing large volumes of data
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Organised, methodical, analytical, and numerate
