Role: Housing Options Officer (West Midlands)
Contract: [Agency – Full-Time]
Salary: [negotiable on experience]

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide specialist housing advice and support to individuals and families.
* Assess homelessness applications under the Housing Act 1996 and Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.
* Work collaboratively with landlords, support agencies, and partner organisations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in housing or local authority settings.
* Strong knowledge of housing legislation and homelessness prevention.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
