Competitive basic salary of up to £37,000, with an OTE of up to £52,000
Uncapped commission structure rewarding your efforts
Working hours Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
One in four Saturday mornings worked on a rota basis

Diagnose and repair vehicles with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring high-quality standards
Perform routine servicing and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues, including hybrid and electric vehicles
Complete accurate records of work carried out and parts utilised
Work independently and as part of a team to meet dealership targets
Keep up-to-date with the latest vehicle technologies and industry best practicesRequirements:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy dealership environment
Ability to work on hybrid and electric vehicles, with relevant skills and qualifications
Strong diagnostic skills to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues complex in nature
Full UK driving licence
